On Sunday, during the 50th anniversary celebration of Saturday Night Live, Kim Kardashian unexpectedly reappeared. In a skit named “Lawrence Welk,” she teamed up with Kristen Wiig.
In this installment, Kardashian joined forces with Wiig, Scarlett Johansson, Will Ferrell, Ana Gasteyer, and Fred Armisen for a reprise of the Maharelle Sisters skit. The amusing scene depicted Ferrell’s character, Robert Goulet, selecting one of the sisters to wed him.
In a humorous turn of events, Wiig’s quirky character, Dooneese, captured everyone’s attention by gently tapping on Kardashian’s backside, which led to a lighthearted, screen-played spanking that left the audience in fits of laughter.
Previously, Kardashian made an appearance on Saturday Night Live in October 2021. During that time, her then-spouse, Kanye West, provided guidance backstage, covertly directing her act, monologue, and outfit selection.
The display put on by the creator of Skims garnered massive attention in popular culture, not only due to her humor but also because it marked the beginning of her relationship with ex-Saturday Night Live performer, Pete Davidson.
