Megan Thee Stallion recently revealed her boyfriend, basketball player Klay Thompson, surprised her with a luxury car for her 31st birthday while they were on vacation in a tropical location. She shared the details on social media.
Instagram photos revealed a brand new Bentley, complete with a giant bow. The car itself costs around $275,000, but the price can easily climb higher with added features. The surprise happened during NBA All-Star Weekend, and the couple enjoyed a beachside celebration, sharing pictures from their trip. Megan later publicly thanked Thompson, saying she didn’t want their birthday getaway to end.

The celebrations were mutual. In early February, Megan threw a surprise party for Thompson’s 36th birthday, featuring a private concert by the hip-hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, as reported by Sports Illustrated.
The couple publicly confirmed they were dating in July 2025 when they were seen together in coordinated outfits. Since then, they’ve shared glimpses of their relationship online, including vacations with Thompson’s family. For Thanksgiving, Megan cooked the family meal and received compliments from Thompson’s father, Mychal.
Currently in his 13th season with the Dallas Mavericks, Thompson makes around $16.67 million annually. Both he and Megan haven’t shared any further information about the car they bought, beyond the pictures and social media posts they shared.
