44-year-old SKIMS founder posted several party clips on Instagram Stories, and among them, there was one where the birthday girl was dressed entirely in white. The young lady’s outfit was fitting for the occasion, featuring a white fringed shirt, a white cowboy hat, and white-and-beige fringed pants.

Moreover, the backside of Chicago West’s birthday dress featured the name “Chicago West” in diamonds, followed by fringing underneath.
