She was rocking a vintage Mugler outfit, which, naturally, looked amazing. But what really struck me was how understated her decorations were. It was a really calm vibe, which is a bit different from the usually over-the-top holiday setups we see from the whole Kardashian-Jenner crew, honestly. It felt…refreshing!

This post offers the first public glimpse of the $23 million ranch she bought in Montecito last September. The six-acre property includes a main house with 15,000 square feet of living space, as well as stables, a riding area, a pool, and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Ynez Mountains.

I read that Kim reportedly spent around $10,000 just on Christmas trees for her house this year, so this felt like a much more relaxed and sophisticated approach.
