Okay, so Kendall Jenner actually gave us a peek inside her new place in Montecito this Christmas Eve – I was scrolling through Instagram and totally saw it! She was rocking a vintage Mugler outfit, which, naturally, looked amazing. But what really struck me was how understated her decorations were. It was a really calm vibe, which is a bit different from the usually over-the-top holiday setups we see from the whole Kardashian-Jenner crew, honestly. It felt…refreshing!

This post offers the first public glimpse of the $23 million ranch she bought in Montecito last September. The six-acre property includes a main house with 15,000 square feet of living space, as well as stables, a riding area, a pool, and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Ynez Mountains.

Jenner’s Christmas decorations were simple yet sophisticated. She had a single, traditionally lit Christmas tree, a subtle garland above the fireplace, and presents decorated with small branches. A large, warmly lit tree outside completed the look. She shared a photo captioned “Blue hour,” showcasing the beautiful evening sky over her home.
I have to say, I really loved how subtle and elegant their holiday decorations were this year. It felt like a refreshing change from what we usually see with the Kardashian-Jenner family, who are known for going all-out! I read that Kim reportedly spent around $10,000 just on Christmas trees for her house this year, so this felt like a much more relaxed and sophisticated approach.
With the holidays approaching, people are buzzing about Kendall Jenner and perfume businessman Ben Gorham, who’s 48. They’ve been spending time together, sparking rumors of a relationship, and fans are wondering if he’ll join the Jenner family’s famous Christmas Eve party.
