The purpose of this meeting was to present documents and answer questions regarding a substantial tax debt of over 760,000 pounds, a burden she’s been carrying since her bankruptcy in March. My beloved model’s legal representative, Bertie Boer-Roberts, pleaded for the proceedings to remain private, shielding her from the glare of the media and preserving her mental health. He articulated, “Any public scrutiny would only worsen her current state.”
According to The Sun, the judge granted Katie Price’s wishes for a private hearing in the coming month. Nevertheless, Chief Insolvency Judge Nicholas Briggs cautioned the mother of five about missing any future scheduled hearings and advised her to submit all required documents a week prior to the court date to prevent any potential arrest.
The judge made it clear that you must show up for that appointment without any exceptions, not even holidays or traveling overseas. Price, who was previously married to Alex Reid from 2010 to 2012, has a court hearing scheduled on September 24. During this hearing, she will be required to discuss her financial difficulties and clarify her sources of income for the court.
Previously, the former model had missed several court hearings related to a case, leading the court to issue an arrest warrant in July. Katie’s lack of respect for the bankruptcy proceedings became evident when she jetted off to Turkey for a facelift and makeover, rumored to have cost approximately 10,000 pounds. Upon her arrival in the country, she was immediately detained at Heathrow Airport and appeared in court the following morning on August 8th.
On July 5th, Katie Price, the owner of six lavish vehicles, was ordered by the court to surrender these cars. Additionally, she received an eviction notice for her multi-million dollar residence back in May.
As per the report, Alex Reid, formerly married to Price, appeared in court this week and testified against her. He described her as a calculated and cold individual, while also expressing skepticism about her expressed mental health issues. He stated that he was seeking answers and accountability from the model, given her conflicting actions as she continues to attend public events.
Furthermore, it was disclosed during the proceedings that my earnings from social media platforms like TikTok have been substantial. To be specific, I received approximately 84,000 British pounds for creating content over a three-month period on TikTok. Additionally, I’ve been generating income from other digital outlets such as my OnlyFans account. As a result, the court chose to halt her TikTok earnings and instructed her to hand over 40% of her income from OnlyFans.
2019 marked the initial filing for bankruptcy by Katie Price, which was followed by another declaration earlier this year in March. Apart from her tax obligations, she’s encountered various legal issues such as multiple driving restrictions and a violation of a restraining order.
Katie Price has five children: Harvey Price, age 21 (who she co-parents with Dwight Yorke), Princess Tiaamil Crystal Esther Andre, aged 16, Junior Savva Andreas Andre, 18 (all of whom she had with Peter Andre), and Jett Ritchie Hayler, 10, and Bunny Hayler, 9 (whom she shares custody with ex-partner Kieran Hayler).
