She now approaches projects with confidence and a clear professional focus, stating she’s happy to be where she is and wouldn’t want to revisit that earlier time. This newfound security comes from personal growth and maturity as an actress.
Unlike her early days, Leung now feels fully deserving of her place on major productions like Arcane and Bridgerton, and that confidence allows her to fully focus on delivering her best performance. She made her screen debut as Cho Chang in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in 2005 and appeared in five films in the series. Since then, she’s built a varied career including stage work, voice acting, and television, with her recent performance in Bridgerton receiving praise for its depth and complexity.
