These brothers, who had been chosen to be groomsmen for Katie’s wedding, were allegedly hit by a drunk driver. The New Jersey police reported that Sean M. Higgins, 43 years old, was accused of overtaking another car when the accident occurred. Higgins has been arrested and charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter. He remains in custody at this time.
