A potential candidate to replace Kathleen Kennedy could be Jon Favreau, who successfully guided the Star Wars franchise with the first two seasons of “The Mandalorian.” Favreau is set to release “The Mandalorian” and Grogu in the upcoming year as well.
Lately, it’s been reported that Simon Kinberg is working on a fresh Star Wars trilogy.
