Kate Hudson Supports Dave Grohl’s Wife Jordyn Blum After He Admits to Fathering Child Outside Marriage

After Dave Grohl’s disclosure about having a child with another woman, it was said that his wife, Jordyn Blum, was seeking solace from her friend, Kate Hudson.

Reports indicate that Hudson, a longtime friend of Blum, has expressed empathy towards her as she was apparently upset with Grohl. Dave Grohl, the frontman for Foo Fighters and married to Blum since 2003, shares three daughters with her – Violet (18), Harper (15), and Ophelia (10).

According to the Daily Mail’s report, the actress known for Bride Wars expressed shock and dismay upon learning that at Dave’s age, he was still unfaithful not just to Jordyn but also to their daughters. Hudson, reportedly appalled by this development, showed her support for Blum by sending a large bouquet of balloons with messages encouraging him to stay strong.

The outlet’s source stated, “Kate assured Jordyn that she’s always available for her, day and night, whether she needs someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on, or even just a comforting hug and heartfelt conversation.” Hudson also mentioned that whatever kind of support Blum requires, be it talking or simply receiving a warm embrace, she stands ready to provide it whenever needed.

While Hudson tends to keep his personal life under wraps, there’s evidence that suggests they’ve been connected for some time, as they’ve both been a part of the same social circle for years. More recently, they were seen together at an event in Los Angeles during February 2023.

This past week, Grohl announced on Instagram that he’d become a father with another woman, expressing his intention to shower her with affection. In the same post, he expressed his love for his wife and children, sharing his efforts to win back their trust and seek their pardon.

It’s important to note that this incident isn’t Grohl’s first brush with scandal. Previously, he admitted to infidelity in his marriage to Jennifer Youngblood, which eventually ended in divorce. In a somewhat unusual gesture, when asking out Blum, Dave Grohl referred to her as his “future ex-wife”.

According to sources reported by Page Six, it appears that Grohl made efforts to save his marriage, but allegedly, he’s now working with a divorce attorney. Adding to the speculation, Blum was spotted in Los Angeles without her wedding ring, lending credence to rumors about their marital status.
