Speculation about a potential split between Kanye West and Bianca Censori is growing stronger. Previously, it was disclosed that their representatives had reached out to a divorce attorney this week. However, fresh information obtained by TMZ indicates that the couple did not establish a prenuptial agreement before their marriage, raising questions as the prospect of separation approaches.

Based on their statement, it’s been alleged that Kanye West (Yeezy founder) has experienced financial losses since his marriage to Bianca Censori in December 2022. Under California law, assets and liabilities are split equally during a marriage, which could potentially leave Censori with significant debts.

In other words, she isn’t obligated to share the debts because most of West’s financial losses were connected to assets he owned prior to marrying the Australian architect. It is said that the Runaway rapper incurred tens of millions of dollars in losses on his Malibu property many years ago, and Censori would not be accountable for this.

Rumors about their divorce grew stronger after the couple’s questionable red carpet display at the 2025 Grammys. As they strolled down the carpet, Censori took off her oversized black fur coat to unveil her true attire – a see-through dress with no undergarments worn beneath it.

The action was considered obscene and out of line, resulting in negative reactions and online condemnation. To make matters worse, West added more fuel to the flames by posting a string of controversial, antisemitic, and misogynistic messages on X (previously known as Twitter), which were later deleted.

It was alleged that West’s outburst on social media served as the tipping point for Censori amid the ongoing divorce speculations. Despite persistent reports suggesting they might be separating, Kanye’s ex-employee, Milo Yiannopoulos, has refuted these claims in a statement given to The Hollywood Reporter.

In fact, they celebrated a heartwarming Valentine’s Day together this year.
