Actor Justin Hartley is expressing thoughts about one of his popular characters. He played Kevin Pearson in the 2016 series “This Is Us.” During a chat with Chris Wallace on “Who’s Talking,” Max, he shared that viewers often didn’t fully grasp his character and expressed compassion for the part he brought to life on the screen.

In the tale, we see Kevin depicted as a self-centered and troubled teen dealing with personal emotions. Conversely, the mature representation of Kevin, played by Sterling K. Brown, has earned acclaim and offers a more toned-down portrayal of his character.

Currently, the actor is portraying Colter Shaw on CBS’s show Tracker. He admitted that he swiftly accepted the role in This Is Us because, as a parent, if his children had experienced what Kevin did, he could only imagine expressing his feelings to him.
