I’ve been captivated by their work on screen, particularly in “Green Lantern” and “It Ends With Us,” respectively. It’s unfortunate that their off-screen relationship seems to be marred by allegations and counter-allegations.

The legal dispute between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively over allegations of sexual harassment isn’t expected to be resolved quickly. Just two weeks after Lively filed her lawsuit, Baldoni’s attorney announced plans to retaliate with a counter lawsuit in the near future.

During an interview with NBC News, the actor’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, was asked if they intended to sue Blake Lively. His response was affirmative: “Yes, absolutely.” While Freedman didn’t provide details about the lawsuit at that time, he mentioned it would be filed shortly and they aim to disclose all text messages exchanged between them. He expressed a desire for transparency, stating, “We plan to make public every single text message between the two of them. We want the truth to come out.

According to People magazine, not only Baldoni himself but also his production company, Wayfarer Studios, as well as his publicists Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan, are among those who intend to make all related documents publicly available, allowing people to form their own opinions after examining the financial records.

During the promotional events for their movie, there was constant talk about the disagreement between Baldoni and Lively. Interestingly, Baldoni was barely involved in the project. Additionally, astute fans noted that Baldoni, who plays Jane Villanueva on Jane The Virgin, did not attend the red carpet premiere, an event where the rest of the cast were present.

The actor has recently sued the New York Times for $250 million, claiming that Lively attempted to prevent him and his family from attending the movie premiere in an effort to weaken his position as both the director and star of the film.

After Lively filed a lawsuit asserting that Baldoni acted inappropriately during their movie production and made lewd comments about her post-partum body, Baldoni retorted by alleging that Ryan Reynolds, Lively’s husband, had “aggressively criticized” her for fat-shaming Lively, during a remote work session at home.
