When and where to watch Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3
The new season of Jujutsu Kaisen, titled ‘Culling Game’, will be available to stream in India on Crunchyroll starting January 8, 2025, at 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time.
Oh my gosh, I’m SO excited! When it finally comes out, we’ll get the first two episodes right away, and then new ones every week after that! And get this – Season 3 is HUGE! It’s broken into two parts, and the first part has thirteen episodes! They’re saying the first part will wrap up around March 26th, 2026… I’ve already marked my calendar! I can’t even handle the wait!
Like past seasons, the upcoming season will likely have between 24 and 26 episodes total, with the final 11 to 13 episodes released later.
The official Instagram page for Jujutsu Kaisen announced that Season 3 will premiere with two episodes on January 8th, available on Crunchyroll.
Official trailer and plot of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3
Jujutsu Kaisen centers around Yuji Itadori, a high schooler who gets involved with a hidden world of Jujutsu Sorcerers. He takes on the dangerous task of eliminating a powerful Curse called Ryomen Sukuna, and ends up becoming its host in the process.
The latest season continues the story after the intense Shibuya Incident, adapting the Culling Game Arc from Gege Akutami’s manga. Yuji Itadori now confronts an even more dangerous enemy in the ancient sorcerer Kenjaku, who is planning a nationwide, battle royale-style event.
The new season not only brings back familiar characters, but also features several new additions, including Kinji Hakari, Kirara Hoshi, Hiromi Higuruma, Fumihiko Takaba, Reggie Star, and Kogane.
As a huge anime fan, I’m so excited about Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3! I’ve been following the production closely, and it’s in fantastic hands. Shota Goshozono is directing at the incredible studio MAPPA, and Hiroshi Seko is back to craft the story. The music is being composed by Yoshimasa Terui, which I know will be amazing, and Yosuke Yajima and Hiromi Niwa are leading the character design – they really bring these characters to life!
Junya Enoki, who voices Yuji Itadori in the Japanese version, and Adam McArthur, who voices him in the English dub, are both likely to return for their roles.
