At a previously mentioned film festival, Hamm conversed with renowned movie critic and radio personality Elvis Mitchell.
Initially, the actor from Baby Driver reminisced about his initial encounter with Taylor Sheridan, the creator of Land Man, during the same festival in 2016. He went on to explain that Sheridan had hinted at a part he thought would be ideal for Hamm.
Nine years after our initial encounter at Sundance, Taylor presented me with something, and that something was called Land Man, as the actor from Top Gun: Maverick explained.
Speaking passionately, I exclaimed, “I jumped aboard this venture with merely an idea and the promise of Billy Bob Thornton. And without hesitation, I declared, ‘Count me in!’… This fellow is a priceless gem – it’s unclear to me which country he represents!
The actor from Disney’s Million Dollar Arm attended the 2025 Sundance Film Festival to publicize his new venture, titled The Big Fix: A Jack Bergin Mystery.
If you’re unfamiliar, I’d like to inform you that the previously mentioned event is an engaging eight-part Audible audio drama set in 1950s Los Angeles, focusing on corruption. Titled “The Big Fix: A Jack Bergin Mystery”, it will be available for listening starting April 24 of this year.
