As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in analyzing pop culture trends and personalities, I must say that JoJo Siwa’s latest music video for “Choose Ur Fighter” is nothing short of a spectacle. The Dance Moms alum has always been known for her vibrant energy and unique style, but this video takes it to a whole new level.
Having followed Siwa’s career since her days on the reality TV show, I can confidently say that she has grown exponentially as an artist. From her humble beginnings on Dance Moms to her current status as a multi-talented entertainer, she continues to surprise us with her creativity and fearlessness.
The video’s concept of Siwa battling six fictional exes in a video game-style showdown is not only visually appealing but also sends a powerful message about self-empowerment and moving on from past relationships. It’s refreshing to see a pop star tackle such themes in an entertaining and engaging way.
What I appreciate the most, however, is Siwa’s genuine gratitude towards her fans for watching the video, whether they love it or hate it. As someone who has been in the public eye since she was a child, it’s essential to have that level of humility and appreciation for those who support you.
In terms of my life experience, I can relate to Siwa’s journey as an artist and the challenges that come with it. The delays and setbacks she experienced in releasing “Choose Ur Fighter” remind me of my own experiences in the industry, and I admire her resilience in pushing through those obstacles.
Finally, let me end this with a joke: It looks like JoJo Siwa’s new music video is the perfect antidote for anyone who feels like they’ve been knocked down by their exes – just watch it and give them a roundhouse kick or two!
After waiting impatiently beyond New Year’s Day, JoJo Siwa, formerly of Dance Moms fame, couldn’t hold back any longer and posted her music video for the new song “Choose Ur Fighter”. In the freshly released footage, you can see her character engaging in a multi-opponent battle with six fictional exes within a video game-style setting, all unfolding in an outdoor arena.
The MV commences with Siwa donning a translucent bodysuit similar to that used in her Karma music video, found within a room adorned with mirrors. Her hair is disheveled, and makeup marks streak her face. Subsequently, two oversized teddy bears assist her in changing into a glittering new ensemble before the mirror-covered walls abruptly shatter to reveal a grand arena.
Following a blow that knocks Siwa to the ground by her initial adversary, an elegant figure reminiscent of Cleopatra rushes in to assist Siwa and help her regain her footing. Subsequently, she squares off against all six of her former partners simultaneously and defeats them sequentially using a variety of effective techniques such as a roundhouse kick and a headbutt aimed at one man’s groin area. Upon securing her victory, Siwa performs the famous dance move from her Karma MV, characterized by two-foot stomps and a complete body twist. Check it OUT HERE!
In the YouTube video’s description, Siwa expressed gratitude to everyone who watched, regardless of whether they enjoyed it or not. She acknowledged that she values their time spent watching either way.
As an ardent admirer, I’ve often found solace in the phrase “Karma can be a real beast.” However, after much personal growth, my most heartfelt counsel now is this: when you select your partner, exercise great wisdom, for your lover and your battlefield comrade are but two sides of the same coin!
Siwa also celebrated the music video on Instagram, writing, “New year, new music video.”
In her own words, the 21-year-old shared that working on this music video was undeniably the most enjoyable experience she’s had during any project. Every step of the video production process – brainstorming ideas, rehearsals, filming, and editing – brought her immense joy and happiness. In essence, she described it as a challenging yet incredibly fun journey.
In another part of her extensive Instagram post, JoJo Siwa disclosed that the release of the music video had initially been planned for last year, serving as a sequel to “Karma”. However, there was a hold-up in its launch which she prefers not to discuss.
Regarding her real-world relationship, Sia was last spotted with speculated partner Kath Ebbs at Los Angeles International Airport in December. Previously, she has been linked to Dakayla Wilson, Kylie Prew, and Avery Cyrus, according to People.
