In a recent turn of events, Joe Rogan has expressed support for Justin Baldoni in his legal disagreement with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. On his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan opined that the couple’s decision to sue Baldoni over their ongoing feud concerning “It Ends With Us” may have negatively impacted their public image.
Rogan stated that Ryan Reynolds is attempting to distance himself from the ongoing legal case, but he remains a significant figure in it. “Ryan wants to extricate himself from it now,” said Rogan, explaining that despite his efforts to leave the lawsuit, they maintain that he’s crucial to the proceedings.
The disagreement arose after Blake Lively claimed Justin Baldoni had behaved inappropriately towards her, a charge which Baldoni has countered by saying they were attempting to exert creative control over the movie.
Baldoni is counteracting the accusations made against him. He’s put forth statements, audio clips, and launched a site where he presents what he considers to be proof exonerating him. Furthermore, he’s pointed fingers at Lively and Reynolds for orchestrating a defamation campaign directed towards him.
Joe Rogan concurred with Brendan Schaub that Baldoni should opt for a legal counterattack. “Particularly, a person such as him who’s renowned for being incredibly kind and sweet, yet suddenly he says ‘Enough,'” Rogan remarked.
Baldoni has filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, alleging defamation, extortion, fraud, and violation of privacy.

Rogan pointed out that text messages Baldoni provided were significant for his argument. He suggested that one message implied that Lively had invited Baldoni into her trailer while she was breastfeeding, contrary to her assertion that he entered without her permission.
Rogan implied that there was an obvious exchange of information, suggesting that Lively and Reynolds might not have anticipated Baldoni disclosing such compelling proof.
Additionally, he emphasized that Baldoni shared backstage videos and an audio message intended for Lively. These materials, according to Baldoni, were meant to demonstrate that he did not make her feel uneasy during filming.
I, as a devoted supporter, have noticed an effort from Lively’s legal team aimed at dismissing Baldoni’s lawsuit. Their reasoning is that the lawsuit potentially infringes upon California laws designed to safeguard individuals who courageously voice concerns regarding harassment.
Lawyer Bryan Freedman, representing Baldoni, contested the attempt to dismiss the case, asserting that laws should not be twisted by privileged groups to benefit themselves. He emphasized the importance of legal safeguards for the innocent. The trial for Baldoni and Lively’s legal dispute has been scheduled for March 2026.
