A source close to Page Six reports that CaliBurger CEO Miller has consistently supported Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s co-parenting arrangement. However, the latest public display between them supposedly overstepped boundaries, potentially damaging Miller’s relationship with Garner. While Miller is fine with a typical reunion of the two actors, he apparently believes that the photos could convey an inaccurate message.

According to the source, John is aware that nothing romantic is happening between Jen and Ben, yet he finds those pictures inappropriate and believes they show disregard for their relationship.

At Samuel’s 13th birthday celebration on March 2nd, the pictures show Affleck with his arm around Garner’s waist, both of them participating in a paintball game where she aimed at a target. They were also spotted enjoying themselves, sharing laughter, and getting close to each other during various moments throughout the event.

47-year-old Miller reportedly put Jen, Garner, in a tough spot by presenting her with a demanding choice: either he won’t want such instances recurring in their relationship, or he might reconsider their connection altogether. The source conveyed that Miller “presented an ultimatum to Jen,” further explaining, “He doesn’t wish to witness such events again unless forced to, at which point he would have no other choice but to leave.

According to the source, Miller has grown progressively uncomfortable with his ex-partners’ growing closeness, finding it particularly challenging in the last few months as they seem to be leaning on each other more. Despite acknowledging their shared past and parental bond, he allegedly feels left out and finds himself in an awkward position.
