Courteney Cox, 56, exited the restaurant ahead of her husband, Johnny McDaid, 50, and seemed preoccupied with checking her phone and giving instructions to their driver. McDaid was left to handle the door himself. Previously, it was reported that McDaid has faced walking difficulties since being diagnosed with spinal cord lesions at age 22.
