Statham Takes on Human Traffickers
In the film “A Working Man“, Jason Statham portrays Levon Cade, a man who abandoned his tumultuous past in black ops operations for a peaceful life in construction work. However, when the daughter of his employer is abducted by human traffickers, Cade is compelled to resume his dangerous activities. His unyielding pursuit of justice exposes a web of corruption, intensifying the conflict into a ferocious battle.
Who stars?
The movie features a robust cast with the likes of Jason Statham portraying Levon Cade, Michael Peña, David Harbour, Jason Flemyng, Merab Ninidze, Maximilian Osinski, Cokey Falkow, Noemi Gonzalez, Arianna Rivas, Emmett J. Scanlan, and Eve Mauro.
Behind the movie
In a new take, David Ayer, famous for “End of Watch” and “Fury”, takes the director’s chair with his distinctive raw style. Sylvester Stallone lends a hand in scriptwriting, bringing his knowledge of action-packed narratives to the table. The film is jointly produced by Jason Statham, David Ayer, Sylvester Stallone, Chris Long, John Friedberg, and others under Black Bear, Cedar Park, Punch Palace, and Balboa Productions.
Release and Rating
I’m all geared up for the release of “A Working Man” in cinemas on the 28th of March! This thought-provoking movie carries an adult rating (R) due to its intense portrayal of violence, harsh language, and drug-related themes.
