She recently updated her Instagram bio, taking out the term “wife,” and now lists herself as “Mom, actor, author, producer, animal lover, RHOBH, CAA.” Furthermore, she changed her Instagram handle earlier in May, nearly a year since announcing her separation from Umansky after 27 years of marriage.

Since their separation, Umansky has been spotted with several different women. In contrast, Richards has developed a strong friendship with country artist Morgan Wade. Although gossip mills have speculated about a romantic connection between the two, Richards has repeatedly clarified that they’re just friends.

According to the published photos, the wealthy real estate tycoon was captured at the Greek airport, warmly embracing and kissing a blonde woman wearing a transparent cover-up over her bikini.

Based on how they’ve been showing affection toward each other, it’s possible that they are more than friends, according to some reports. This open display of affection happens about a year after Umansky and Richards announced their divorce, which had been their marriage for over 20 years. This is the first time Umansky has been seen being this openly affectionate since their separation.

Later on, DeuxMoi revealed that the enigmatic woman was actually Nikita Kahn, a 33-year-old model hailing from Ukraine. She earned her Business Administration degree from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.

In 2011, Nikita made her acting debut in the film “Catch 44,” featuring Bruce Willis, and is set to appear in the upcoming production “Crescent City” alongside Alec Baldwin. She has graced the covers of magazines such as InStyle Greece and GENZO, and has walked the runway at prestigious fashion events including Stella McCartney’s Paris Fashion Week show and the 2024 Fashion LA Awards.
