Regarding the legal action initiated by Lively against Baldoni, the actress claimed that the actor had behaved inappropriately in a work environment. In her lawsuit, Lively, known for her roles in Deadpool and Wolverine, outlined some guidelines or requirements.

The text states that Mr. Baldoni and his colleagues at Wayfarer implemented a complex media and digital strategy as a response to Ms. Lively using her lawful right to expose their misbehavior on set, with an extra aim of silencing and intimidating her, as well as anyone else who might disclose the truth in public.
