Taylor Swift is currently experiencing a busy and exciting time, both professionally and personally. She’s celebrating the success of her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” and preparing to marry NFL player Travis Kelce. Although her album wasn’t eligible for a Grammy nomination this year due to its release date, rumors about her performing at the awards show have been circulating. However, the show’s executive producer has confirmed these reports are untrue.
No Taylor Swift at this year’s Grammys and here’s why
Taylor Swift won’t be performing at this year’s Grammy Awards. The show’s producer, Ben Winston, clarified that a rumor claiming she might be dancing in the front row originated from a report in HITS Daily. He explained that the report was entirely fabricated, and the idea was picked up by news outlets worldwide, leading people to believe it was true. Winston jokingly called it a ‘full-circle rumor’ because the story started and spread from a false claim within the HITS Daily office.
Taylor Swift hasn’t been confirmed as either a performer or presenter at the event. According to a source who spoke with Entertainment Tonight, she’s currently very happy and focused on her relationship with Travis Kelce and enjoying all the positive things happening in her life. She appears to be heavily involved in planning a large wedding, expected to take place around the middle of the year, following her engagement announcement in August 2025. Kelce proposed in the backyard of his home in Leawood, Kansas. The couple has been together since 2023, and their relationship became public after Swift ended her six-year relationship with Joe Alwyn and a brief rumored romance with Matty Healy.
Oh my gosh, you guys, the Grammys are happening again! I already marked my calendar – February 1st, 2026! It’s going to be at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and guess what? Trevor Noah is hosting! I’m already counting down the days, seriously. I cannot WAIT!
