The official trailer for Invincible Season 4 is here, and it looks amazing! Prime Video announced the new season will start streaming on March 18th.
Based on the latest trailer and announcements from Prime Video, this season promises a major shift in the story. Mark Grayson will finally come face-to-face with his father, Omni-Man, who was captured by the Viltrumites during the events of last season.
The trailer reveals Omni-Man and Allen the Alien have come to Earth searching for Mark. They want his help in the upcoming war with the Viltrum Empire. However, their meeting is awkward, as Mark is still dealing with the hurt and distrust caused by his father’s actions in the previous season.
Despite their issues, Mark and Atom Eve are shown fighting alongside each other against shared enemies. Mark feels responsible for Angstrom Levy’s reappearance, and Atom Eve is having trouble controlling her powers. At the same time, the Guardians of the Globe are confronting a new villain called Dinosaurus.

The trailer gives fans their first glimpse of the new villain, Thragg, who is voiced by Lee Pace. As the leader of the Viltrum Empire, he immediately establishes a serious threat with the ominous line, “Leave no one alive.” The stakes are clearly higher than ever before. We also see a tense first meeting between Omni-Man and his wife, Debbie, after his betrayal and departure from Earth.
Fan favorites like Battle Beast, Thadeus, and Mark’s brother Oliver—who’s grown quickly thanks to his alien side—are back for the new season. We’re also excited to welcome new actors Danai Gurira as Universa and Matthew Rhys as Dinosaurus. Plus, most of the original cast, including Steven Yeun, J.K. Simmons, and Sandra Oh, will be reprising their roles.
Okay, huge news for fans of Invincible! I just learned from Robert Kirkman himself that Season 5 is already in the works – they’ve actually finished recording all the voice acting! And get this: Kirkman’s aiming for a total of seven to nine seasons to bring the entire comic book saga to life. That’s a lot more Invincible, and I, for one, am thrilled!
