Actress Simone Ashley from Bridgerton has announced that she’s currently in a phase where she’s single after her split with Constantin ‘Tino’ Klein, an ex-lawyer and car enthusiast whom she had been dating since 2022. Previously, she would occasionally post about their relationship on social media.
In February 2023, after much speculation, it was officially confirmed that Ashley, known for her role in Sex Education, was in a relationship with Klein. The duo made their first public appearance as a couple at the BAFTAs, where Ashley was seen affectionately kissing Klein on the cheek. Fans closely watched their romance blossom as they attended several events together, such as the JACQUEMUS fashion show in June 2023 and numerous London gatherings.
During her appearance on Woman’s Hour while discussing her recent film Picture This, Ashley shared that she has been single since January 2025. Reflecting on this new phase in her life, she stated, “It’s almost ironic that I’m promoting a romantic comedy, but starting from January this year, I’ve found myself embarking on my single journey. Now, I’m dedicating myself to personal growth, my career, and boosting my self-confidence.

She referred to the show as a transformative experience, expressing, “It’s something I will always treasure. Prior to his association with Ashley, Klein, an ex-law student at King’s College London, had maintained a relatively private life while venturing into the thrilling realm of motor racing. Known for his passion for cars (a ‘petrolhead’), he abandoned his legal profession in 2020 and joined GP Ice Race, a renowned motorsports event held in Austria.
Although Ashley and Klein’s romance is over, Ashley continues to pour her energy into her professional pursuits and personal development.
