In a surprising turn of events, Sir Rod Stewart countered his earlier jest by adding, “However, I might not…”, signing off his statement as The Enigmatic Sir Rod Stewart. Notably, this declaration follows his previous announcement about the One Last Time tour, which is set to hit the US and Canada with 20 new performances.

The tour is set to begin in Austin, Texas, in March 2025, and it will wrap up in St. Louis in August. Additionally, he has scheduled 13 performances in Las Vegas at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, from March through June. His last tour covered Europe and Asia.

2023 saw the musician expressing his intention to conclude extensive global tours. He shared with People magazine that it might be his final go-round performing rock ‘n’ roll as he wishes to transition into swing music and the timeless tunes of the Great American Songbook.

Instead of permanently retiring his songs, he assured his fans that they would resurface sporadically. He went on to explain that he wanted to give his songs a temporary break, which led to his decision to avoid large-scale performances. “No more extensive tours,” he declared. “I’ve bid adieu to Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico, so it’s time to say goodbye to the U.S. now.
