K-pop group HUNTR/X debuted at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, energizing the New York crowd with a performance of their popular song, “Golden.” The singers—Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami—performed live while wearing cozy outfits based on their animated personas.
HUNTR/X, or Kpop Demon Hunters, is a girl group featured in the animated series Kpop: Demon Hunters. The members are both demon fighters and pop idols, creating a fun and energetic vibe.
The characters are voiced by talented singers, including Ejae as Rumi, Audrey Nuna in a lead role, and Rei Ami as another key character. Their song, “Golden,” topped the charts and quickly became a favorite among fans of both K-pop and animation.

Each singer’s outfit during the performance reflected their character. Ejae wore a purple headband inspired by Rumi, while Audrey Nuna had two strands of hair framing her face. Rei Ami’s earmuffs matched the hair buns of her character. The warm snowsuits allowed them to move comfortably on stage.
As the music got louder, a shower of confetti exploded from the float. It briefly obscured the performers from view, filling the air with colorful paper. Fans playfully suggested the confetti was a clever disguise, allowing the group to slip away and playfully “hunt demons,” referencing their roles in the game.
