Hugh Jackman’s Robin Hood Is Brutal and Grounded

The director says the movie realistically portrays the harshness of the time period, and the fight scenes are more like those in a war movie than a typical action-adventure.

Filmed amidst the dramatic scenery of Northern Ireland, this movie is director Sarnoski’s first feature-length project shot using 35mm film.
