HSR 3.7 banners – Cyrene debuts

HoYoverse announced the upcoming banners for Honkai: Star Rail 3.7, letting players know when the new character, Cyrene, will be released.

Okay, as a huge fan of the Chrysos Heirs, I’m so excited about Cyrene! She’s a 5-star character who uses Ice, and she’s all about supporting the Heirs. What’s really cool is how she works with their Amphoreus casts – it adds a whole new layer to their gameplay. And the best part? Her banner is up for the entire update, alongside reruns for all three Chrysos Heirs! That gives everyone plenty of time to get her and the Heirs they might have missed.

HSR 3.7 banners: Phase 1

Beginning November 5, 2025, with the launch of Honkai: Star Rail version 3.7, you’ll have three weeks to try for a chance to get the following characters and Light Cones.

  • Cyrene (5-Star, Remembrance, Ice), Moze (4-Star, Hunt, Lightning), Lynx (4-Star, Abundance, Quantum), and Pela (4-Star, Nihility, Ice)
  • Hyacine (5-Star, Remembrance, Wind), Castorice (5-Star, Remembrance, Quantum), Tribbie (5-Star, Harmony, Quantum), Moze (4-Star, Hunt, Lightning), Lynx (4-Star, Abundance, Quantum), and Pela (4-Star, Nihility, Ice)

Cyrene

Cyrene is a support character in the game who strengthens her team by dealing bonus damage, increasing their speed and damage output, and helping them use their powerful Ultimate abilities. What makes her special is that she provides different benefits to each member of the Chrysos Heir team, making her potentially the best support character for those teams.

Hyacine

Hyacine is a top-tier healer in the game, reliably restoring health while also dealing significant damage. As a Remembrance character, she works especially well with teammates who benefit from or interact with summons and Memosprites.

Castorice

Castorice is a strong character who deals damage based on her own and her team’s health. She performs best when team members are constantly taking damage and being healed, and also gets stronger with summons and specific buffs called Memosprites.

Tribbie

Tribbie is a versatile character in Harmony who can benefit almost any team with her useful buffs. She also provides consistent damage through Follow-Up Attacks, making her a solid all-around choice.

HSR 3.7 banners: Phase 2

The second phase of update 3.7 will start on November 26, 2025, and last for three weeks. During this time, you’ll have the chance to obtain these new characters and Light Cones:

  • Cyrene (5-Star, Remembrance, Ice), Moze (4-Star, Hunt, Lightning), Lynx (4-Star, Abundance, Quantum), and Pela (4-Star, Nihility, Ice)
  • Phainon (5-Star, Destruction, Physical), Cipher (5-Star, Nihility, Quantum), Mydei (5-Star, Destruction, Imaginary), Moze (4-Star, Hunt, Lightning), Lynx (4-Star, Abundance, Quantum), and Pela (4-Star, Nihility, Ice)
  • This Love, Forever (5-Star, Remembrance), Concert For Two (4-Star, Preservation), Boundless Choreo (4-Star, Nihility), and The Story’s Next Page (4-Star, Remembrance)
  • Thus Burns the Dawn (5-Star, Destruction), Lies Dance on the Breeze (5-Star, Nihility), Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path (5-Star, Destruction), Concert For Two (4-Star, Preservation), Boundless Choreo (4-Star, Nihility), and The Story’s Next Page (4-Star, Remembrance)

Phainon

Phainon is a powerful damage dealer best suited for players who want to dominate on their own. His ultimate ability sends his teammates to a shadow dimension, allowing him to take complete control of the battlefield.

Cipher

Cipher is a flexible character who weakens enemies and enhances team damage with her special attacks. She can fit into many different team compositions.

Mydei

Mydei is a powerful damage dealer who, like other HP-based characters, sacrifices his own health to increase his damage output. He can even enter a frenzied state where the player temporarily loses control, showcasing his aggressive playstyle.
