HSR 3.4 banners: Phase 1

From July 2, 2025 onwards, once HSR 3.4 is launched, you’ll have access to these characters and Light Cones for a duration of three weeks:

  • Phainon (5-Star, Destruction, Physical), Tingyun (4-Star, Harmony, Lightning), March 7th (4-Star, Preservation, Ice), Yukong (4-Star, Harmony, Imaginary)
  • Tribbie (5-Star, Harmony, Quantum), Sunday (5-Star, Harmony, Imaginary), Sparkle (5-Star, Harmony, Quantum), Tingyun (4-Star, Harmony, Lightning), March 7th (4-Star, Preservation, Ice), Yukong (4-Star, Harmony, Imaginary)
  • Thus Burns the Dawn (5-Star, Destruction) and three 4-Star Light Cones
  • If Time Were a Flower (5-Star, Harmony), Earthly Escapade (5-Star, Harmony), A Grounded Ascent (5-Star, Harmony) and three 4-Star Light Cones

Phainon

As a thrilled supporter, I’m excited to share that Phainon, the upcoming powerhouse character, is primed to deal immense damage! Unlike others who rely on Energy, Phainon harnesses Coreflames for his abilities. By amassing these Coreflames, he can unleash his Ultimate, which in a unique twist, establishes a special Territory. This Territory temporarily withdraws all allies from the battlefield, preserving their effects. While absent, Phainon enjoys multiple extra turns, and every adversary is left vulnerable with Physical Weakness. In this extraordinary state, Phainon can utilize three distinct skills, each themed around different Titan groups.

Tribbie

Tribbie serves as a robust ally across multiple team compositions due to her versatile skillset. She offers Follow-Up Attacks, thrives with allies boasting high Max Health, and can strike numerous foes simultaneously. Furthermore, she enhances her team’s overall power by providing a potent All-Type RES Penetration boost.

Sparkle

Sparkle excels as a robust Supporter character, focusing on Skill Point regeneration and controlling turns, while also boosting her comrades. However, this combination hasn’t been particularly potent in recent times. But the arrival of Archer presents an exciting opportunity for Sparkle to form a powerful team with strong compatibility.

Sunday

On Sundays, you can rely on this character to significantly boost your team, whether they align with The Remembrance or not. He’s an excellent choice for players eager to reactivate Jing Yuan or take their Aglaea team to new heights.

HSR x Fate UBW banners

Starting July 11, 2025, the collaboration between Fate UBW commences, marking the appearance of unique banners featuring Saber and Archer within the game. It’s worth mentioning that these event-exclusive banners will last longer than standard ones – they are planned to remain active in the game beyond Version 3.6, which is when players can still claim one free copy of Archer.

  • Saber (5-Star, Destruction, Wind)
  • Archer (5-Star, Hunt, Quantum)
  • A Thankless Coronation (5-Star, Destruction)
  • The Hell Where Ideals Burn (5-Star, Hunt)

Saber

Saber is a character who primarily deals damage based on Attack and specializes in regenerating Energy quickly for herself. This rapid Energy restoration significantly boosts the frequency at which she can unleash her powerful Ultimate ability, Excalibur. When Saber activates her Ultimate, she not only attacks a single target but also utilizes an enhanced basic attack that can strike all enemies on the battlefield simultaneously, making her a threat to both groups and individual targets alike.

Archer

Archer is highly proficient in taking out individual targets and has the ability to utilize his skill multiple times within the same turn by investing extra Skill Points. Much like Sparkle, who will make an excellent team member for him, Archer enhances the team’s maximum Skill Points (SP) and gains advantages when the team maintains a high SP count. Furthermore, Archer is capable of executing Follow-Up Attacks that restore SP, provided he has Charge points available to expend.

HSR 3.4 banners: Phase 2

Commencing July 23, 2025, Phase 2 of HSR 3.4 will span over a three-week duration. During this period, you’ll have access to these characters and Light Cones.

  • Firefly (5-Star, Destruction, Fire), Blade (5-Star, Destruction, Wind), Jingliu (5-Star, Destruction, Ice), Hanya (4-Star, Harmony, Physical), Lynx (4-Star, Abundance, Quantum), and Luka (4-Star, Nihility, Physical)
  • Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest (5-Star, Destruction), The Unreachable Side (5-Star, Destruction), I Shall Be My Own Sword (5-Star, Destruction), and three 4-Star Light Cones.

Firefly

Firefly stands out as a potent source of damage within the game, particularly excelling at dishing out Super Break Damage. Her unique ability to carry a Fire Weakness implant adds to her versatility, making her an invaluable asset on any team.

Blade

Blade uses his health (HP) to inflict additional damage on opponents and perform potent follow-up attacks. Additionally, his enhancements tend to make his abilities more reliant on health rather than the disorganized state they were in before.

Jingliu

In simpler terms, Jingliu’s strategy is being adjusted in a way that mirrors Blade. This adjustment involves making her abilities more focused on health (HP), enabling her to adapt to various gear options and team configurations, aiming to restore her position among the highest damage dealers.
