HoYoverse is expanding its business portfolio with an unusual venture: The studio plans to establish and run a café permanently in Berlin, Germany.
Of course, the company intends to leverage its renowned video game intellectual property (IP), like Genshin Impact, to create an exclusive customer experience. This could involve serving items from the game’s world, such as food and drinks, in a unique way.
On June 20th, 2025, for the very first time, the HoYoverse Café will welcome visitors, marking a special occasion commemorating the launch of Genshin Impact version 5.7. This unique café is designed with a captivating theme based on the new character Skirk and her apprentice Tartaglia. The menu offers delightful dishes inspired by Genshin Impact, accompanied by live dance and musical performances. Cosplayers will assume the roles of café managers, adding an extra layer of immersion for patrons. Additionally, there will be giveaways and other exciting surprises to make your experience unforgettable.
The café is located right in the center of Berlin, specifically on Rochstraße 4. Notable attractions such as Alexanderplatz with its iconic TV tower, the globally recognized Pergamon Museum, and the Berlin Palace are all within proximity. You can easily reach the café by public transport within just ten minutes from the main station.
As per HoYoverse, the café can comfortably seat approximately 200 customers on ordinary workdays, but this number can increase to a maximum of 500 during special occasions. Spanning over about 120 square meters, the establishment offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas for its patrons.
Enthusiasts can anticipate that this location will be bustling with activities tied to HoYoverse’s games in the times ahead, transforming it into a lively hub for the community. A scheduled event for Zenless Zone Zero, requiring reservations, is planned to commence on June 28, 2025, right after the Genshin Impact-inspired inauguration.
