HoYoverse reveals Orphie & Magus for ZZZ 2.2

As a thrilled fan, I’m excited to share that HoYoverse has revealed the next S-Rank Agent joining the cast in Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.2 – it’s not just one character but two: the dynamic duo of Orphie and Magus. Orphie, with her fiery red locks, is accompanied by Magus, the chatty firearm that leads Obol Squad, always close behind!

As a gamer, I’ve got Orphie & Magus ready to unleash some Fire Damage and join the offensive in our Obol Squad. This team has a clear aggressive stance, with Soldier 11 and Seed also contributing as Attack Agents. Lastly, there’s Trigger, who’s our Stun Agent, keeping the enemies on their toes.

In the past, when I’ve seen Orphie in the game, they seemed timid and unsure compared to the commanding aura of Magus. However, the quotes within the universe that were revealed about them present a more equilibrated image. For instance, there’s an interaction where Magus threatens to take away Orphie’s action figures, to which Orphie retaliates by suggesting they switch out Magus’ holsters for ones in pink hues. This leads to a compromise that benefits both parties.

It appears there’s a fair amount of stern affection playing out between the swearing rear gunner and its host aircraft, promising an entertaining interplay.

Orphie & Magus are set to arrive in ZZZ 2.2 later this year alongside their squadmate, Seed.
