Continue your adventure in Atomfall with the new Wicked Isle DLC! If you haven’t finished the main story yet, you can start the DLC and travel to Midsummer Isle. Just remember, you’ll need to talk to a specific character to begin – you won’t find the new content on the main menu.
How to start the Wicked Isle DLC
To begin the Wicked Isle DLC, travel to Wyndham Village in Atomfall. Go to the north shore, where you can see the Windscale nuclear plant, and find a new character on the pier. Bill Anderson, whose location is marked on our Atomfall map, will ask you to join him on a trip to Midsummer Isle – the setting for the first part of the DLC.
If you’ve already defeated Oberon, you won’t be able to access the DLC. To play, you’ll need to load a save from before that point in the game or start a new game entirely. Many players may have already completed the main game, meaning you might begin the DLC without any character upgrades, which can be challenging.
Okay, so if you’ve got an older save file, definitely try to go back to Wyndham Village. I was super fortunate to have one right before the final fight with Oberon, with the kill-switch right there in front of me. It saved me a lot of trouble!
