During her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Hudson shared that conversations have been taking place regarding a potential return to the Manhattan set for the movie. She casually added that studios are frequently considering this option, implying the likelihood of a sequel.
Hudson expressed that ultimately, the success of the project relies on the strength of the script. On her end, she remains receptive. As Hudson put it, “The script, should Matt and I be interested, would be the only factor. We’re both open to the idea; it just hasn’t materialized yet.”
In the film’s version, Hudson takes on the role of Andie Anderson, a journalist who writes an article about making a man leave you within ten days. Meanwhile, McConaughey depicts Benjamin Berry, a marketing executive who wagers with his boss that he can win over any woman in just ten days.
