How to get the Sacred Sword and find the jizo statues in Silent Hill f

The Sacred Sword in Silent Hill f is a really strong weapon that you can’t get until your second time playing the game. Although it’s been tainted by a dark force, it makes difficult fights much easier. It deals a lot of damage, has unique abilities, and never breaks down with use.

This guide will explain how to obtain the Sacred Sword in Silent Hill f’s New Game Plus and detail what it can do.

What is the Sacred Sword in Silent Hill f?

The Sacred Sword is a strong weapon with a unique ability: it repairs itself every time you use another weapon. This lets you freely switch between it and your other gear throughout the game. Here’s what it can do:

  • While sheathed, the Sacred Sword recovers durability as you attack with other weapons.
  • You can’t Focus Attack, but holding Focus automatically blocks one strike and knocks you out of Focus.
  • When wielding, you can counter at any time, even in the middle of an attack.

How to get the Sacred Sword

To obtain the Sacred Sword, you need to locate four offerings and place each one at the base of a different Jizo statue. You can place them in any order, but it’s recommended to follow the order listed below, as you’ll encounter the items and statues in that sequence as you progress through the story.

Jizo 1

In New Game Plus, you can finally enter the journalist’s house to find the Faded Bride Doll. It’s east of the first shrine, and Hinako will mention the open door. Inside, you’ll discover a key and clues about a treasure hunt involving hidden boxes. The box you’re looking for is located in the pantry.

The jizo statue is further down the road from that house to the west.

Jizo 2

Find the Rusted Flask at Sakuko’s shrine to the north of the fields on the way to Rinko’s house.

Put the flask near the stone statue on the path north of the fields, just south of where you discovered the rusty flask.

Jizo 3

You can find the Broken Japanese Geta Sandal by heading left after the stairs, right before you reach Ebisugaoka Middle School. Then, turn left immediately and take another left along a short path that ends quickly.

If you go back down the stairs, you’ll find the jizo statue directly to your east. At the bottom, there’s another staircase leading up and to the right. The jizo is located next to the house at the top of those stairs.

Jizo 4

The Cracked Hibachi Brazier can be found behind Shu’s house.

Return along the western path, and you’ll see the Jizo statue roughly halfway there.

Jizo 5

To finish the task, you need to locate your father’s knife. The Jizo statue is near a building just east of Shu’s home.

The knife is stuck in a tree behind the building very close by to the east of that.

To find the Sacred Sword, head west from Shu’s house, back towards the sacred tree. The sword is located at the base of the tree.
