In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Henry needs to get a dress for his companion, Enneleyn, so she can attend the wedding of Chamberlain Ulrich. If he successfully fulfills this request, along with a few others like finding perfume and wine, Henry will receive an invitation to the wedding in Semine. This guide will explain to players where to locate the dress in KCD2 and how to obtain it, even if they can’t afford to buy it.
Where To Get The Companion’s Dress In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Players are looking for a red dress, and can usually buy it for around 300 Groschen, depending on Henry’s reputation and how well they negotiate.
Okay, so if you want to get this, you gotta head to Troskowitz and find Bartoshek, the tailor. His shop is super easy to find – just head east from where Henry and Hans get pelted with food at the beginning of the game. Once you’re in his shop, scroll all the way to the bottom of his inventory. That’s where he keeps all the women’s clothes, and that’s where you’ll find it!
You can’t get this dress until you start the quest, so don’t try to gather the items beforehand.
Henry will also need to buy his own fancy clothes from here to attend the wedding.
How To Steal The Companion’s Dress In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
If players prefer not to buy a dress for someone, they can always steal it instead.
You can find all of Bartoshek’s clothes in a wooden chest within his shop. There are multiple ways to sneak in and steal the Tyrol Brocade Cotehardie dress, which is needed for a companion.
Knock Out Bartoshek & Steal His Keys
If you see Bartoshek in his shop near the counter, you can sneak in by crouching and throwing a stone through the window. This will make him turn around, allowing you to slip inside, quietly close the door, and then attack him from behind to knock him unconscious.
Players can then collect the shop keys from the defeated enemy and use them to open the chest, taking the dress and any other items they want.
Steal Bartoshek’s Keys At Night

Okay, so if you’re playing as Henry and don’t want to risk a daylight fight with Bartoshek – maybe you’re playing a stealthier character – you can totally just sneak into his house at night and pickpocket him instead. It’s a good alternative if you don’t want to go the combat route.
His house is right across from his shop and has a simple lock. He and his wife are likely sleeping in the room on the left. Either steal his keys or knock him unconscious, then use them to enter the shop and take the dress from the chest.
Lockpick The Shop & Chest At Night
Players who prefer to avoid the tailor can try picking locks instead. However, the door has a difficult lock, and the chest’s lock is even harder, so it’s unlikely players will have developed their lockpicking skills enough to open them at this point in the game.
Players should be careful of guards patrolling Troskowitz, but the tailor’s shop offers some cover because it’s partially enclosed.
