To begin your journey through ‘Thou Art But Dust’, seek out Brother Morticius, a sightless custodian of the Sedletz ossuary, at the Sedletz Monastery. Prepare yourself for an unexpected turn concerning this blind caretaker that could leave you astounded. Here, we offer a comprehensive guide to navigating this mission.
How To Start Thou Art But Dust…
At the outset of this journey, head towards the Sedletz Monastery situated to the east of Old Kutna. Upon arriving, have a chat with Brother Morticius. He’ll task you with gathering some bones and tidying up the chapel.
How To Collect The Bones And Build Pyramids
Step inside the chapel where you’ll find numerous bones strewn about the room. Interact with each bone, and you’ll receive instructions to either sweep them aside or gather them together. Once you’ve collected and tidied up, don’t forget to search the shelves for more bones as well.
Once you have gathered all the bones from the chapel, proceed to engage with the central trapdoor. Upon doing so, you will descend into the space below. Your objective now involves locating an exit while also amassing additional bones. To the east of your current position lies a room; move inside this room to pick up two piles of bones. Moving south from where you are, another room awaits; enter it and retrieve another two piles of bones from within.
As you proceed, you’ll spot a door up ahead; this one opens to the outdoors. But before stepping outside, don’t forget to grab some bones from the room on your left-hand side first. Then, head back to the chapel and arrange three pyramid structures.
If you gather all the bones, you’ll find yourself with extra ones, but once you construct the pyramids, they’ll magically vanish from your collection on their own.
Once you’ve completed your task, seek out Brother Morticius. Remember, he’s not where you might think, so instead, have a conversation with the gravedigger. He’ll share some intriguing details, bringing an end to the quest.
