Well now, the Hyper Foundation done gone and doubled down on their fancy internet contraption by raisin’ the number of noddies—I mean, nodes—to a whole 21, and not just any old nodes, but permissionless ones. Which means if you got the gumption, you can be one of the lucky validators on this here Hyperliquid network. Only the 21 biggest fish by stake get to swim in the active pond. It’s their grand plan to make sure no one feller’s got all the power, and by some miracle, keep things safe as a hound dog with a bone.
They’ve also cooked up something called a Delegation Program, which sounds fancy but basically means they’re tryin’ to spread the load around so the whole thing don’t collapse like a cheap card house. This program’s set to launch quicker than a frog on a hot skillet, with hopes to pull in some high-quality validators and keep the Hyperliquid ecosystem from going belly-up.
The validator set’s now got 21 freewheeling nodes. Anybody can sign up and the top 21 by riches get to steer the ship. Delegations are about to hit the stage real soon.

If you’re thinkin’ you wanna jump in, y’all better fork over a nice chunk of 10,000 HYPE coins, locked up tighter than a preacher’s secrets for one whole year—even if you don’t make the cut. That’s their way of makin’ sure folks ain’t just dabbling for fun.
