Transform into an expert charm-weaver using the top-tier Honkai: Star Rail Jade build, and mete out retribution towards those who breach a pact with this enchanting demoness. This 5-Star Quantum character, hailing from The Erudition, boasts area-of-effect abilities, follow-up attacks (given her origins in the IPC), and the capacity to strengthen allies – albeit at a cost.
From the get-go, Jade’s fundamental attack in this game inflicts damage across a wide range.
This ability, titled “Skill, Assurance of Acquisition,” selects an ally and transforms them into a “Debt Collector” for three turns. During this period, their Speed (SPD) increases, and their attacks inflict extra “Quantum Damage” proportional to Jade’s Attack (ATK). For each instance of damage dealt in this manner, a small portion of the Debt Collector’s Health Points (HP) is depleted. Interestingly, Jade can activate this skill on herself, but won’t gain the SPD boost and won’t lose HP when attacking. The duration of the Debt Collector’s effect decreases by one at the start of Jade’s turn, and she cannot use this ability again as long as there is an active Debt Collector present on the battlefield.
Jade’s ultimate skill, “Voice of the Deep,” unleashes Quantum damage proportional to her attack power against all opponents. Additionally, this ability strengthens her talent’s follow-up attack for the subsequent two instances it activates.
With the ability “Fang of Flare Flaying,” Jade accumulates a charge point for every enemy struck by her “Debt Collector.” Once she has amassed eight charges, she releases them all to perform a follow-up attack, dealing Quantum damage proportional to her ATK to all enemies simultaneously. Each time this attack is used, Jade earns five stacks of “Pawned Asset.” She can accumulate up to 50 stacks of these, and each additional stack enhances her critical damage.
Enhancing Jade’s Eidolon Level by summoning multiple copies of it can amplify her combat strength. Here’s what each Eidolon level does for Jade:
1. Eidolon 1 enhances the damage of Jade’s Follow-Up Attacks and makes it easier for her to accumulate Charge.
2. Eidolon 2 grants Jade a higher Critical Rate when she has a certain number of Pawned Asset stacks.
3. Eidolon 4 allows some of the enemy’s Defense to be bypassed on all of Jade’s attacks for three turns after using her Ultimate.
4. At Eidolon 6, Jade’s Quantum Resistance Penetration is strengthened when a Debt Collector is present, and she acquires the Debt Collector status herself.
Honkai: Star Rail – Jade: best Light Cones
Jade’s unique artifact, titled “Light Cone, Despite All Hope,” showcases an elevated Attack power and enhanced Critical Rate. This piece enhances the user’s Follow-Up Attack damage multiplier, amplifying it if the Critical Damage surpasses a specific limit – a factor that meshes flawlessly with her talent. Furthermore, it grants the user immunity to a fraction of the opponent’s Defense for two consecutive turns after they launch their Basic Attack or enter combat, whether it be initiating battle or being summoned into it.

- Yet Hope Is Priceless (5-Star)
- Eternal Calculus (5-Star)
- Before Dawn (5-Star)

Honkai: Star Rail – Jade: best Relics
For Jade, there’s a variety of equipment choices based on how you prefer to play her role. In a team focused on Follow-Up Attacks, the Duran set can be beneficial. However, it may not be optimal if she’s the sole Follow-Up Attacker in your party. Instead, prioritize enhancing her Ultimate and Follow-Up Attack damage, as these are her primary offensive abilities.
In every action she takes, Jade relies heavily on ATK. However, depending on your Planar Ornament set, it’s important to reach specific CRIT Rate thresholds as well. For optimal performance, Jade typically initiates battles first so she can assign a Debt Collector and start amassing Charge stacks instantly. One of her traits grants her a 50% Action Forward upon entering battle, making it beneficial to prioritize SPD as a consistent secondary stat for Jade. This will ensure that she starts the battle ahead, offering an opportunity to further enhance her offensive might with additional ATK. If your other relics lack sufficient SPD, always choose SPD for her boots as well.
Best Relic Sets for Jade in HSR:
- Genius of Brilliant Stars (4) – +10% Quantum DMG, wearer ignores 10% DEF when dealing damage and another 10% DEF when attacking enemies weak to Quantum DMG.
- The Ashblazing Grand Duke (4) – +20% Follow-Up Attack DMG, +6% ATK each time the wearer’s Follow-Up Attacks deal damage (effect stacks up to eight times) for three turns; this effect is removed the next time the wearer uses a Follow-Up Attack.
- The Ashblazing Grand Duke (2) + Genius of Brilliant Stars (2) – +20% Follow-Up Attack DMG, +10% Quantum DMG.
- The Wind-Soaring Valorous (4) – +12% ATK, +6% CRIT Rate, +36% Ultimate DMG for one turn after the wearer used a Follow-Up Attack.
Best Planar Ornaments for Jade in HSR:

Honkai: Star Rail – Jade: best teams
Jade significantly strengthens parties that focus on widespread damage and subsequent attacks, positioning her as a robust pick for squads in the realm of Pure Fiction.
- The Herta (Main DPS), Jade (Sub DPS), Tribbie (Support), Lingsha (Support)
In a combat scenario, Jade proves to be a perfect ally for The Herta. Assigning her the role of ‘Debt Collector’ accelerates Jade’s ability to amass Charge points more swiftly, enabling her to deliver Follow-Up Attacks quicker. These attacks not only inflict damage but also help recharge Energy for The Herta. Furthermore, incorporating Tribbie into the team intensifies the overall damage output. Lastly, Lingsha serves as a highly effective healer in this group, boosting The Herta’s Energy regeneration and maintaining the team’s overall health.
Herta, Himeko, and Robin work well with Jade because they can swiftly take out multiple enemies using their area-of-effect Follow-Up Attacks. Robin is a superb support for Jade due to her Follow-Up Attack enhancements. Jade is a valuable asset to any Blade team, as she uses her HP to trigger her own skills. This same trait also makes her a capable Sub DPS for Castorice, but be cautious not to boost the Main DPS’s SPD too much with Jade’s Skill.
