In the story ‘I’m Sorry I Love Him,’ Ishimori’s class rejoices following their maid café’s award victory. However, Ishimori departs early due to her curfew. Simultaneously, Kai escorts her home, expressing his unwavering affection for her. Meanwhile, Serina faces bullying, but Ishimori, Endo, and others stand up for her.
Later on, Kai faces off against the bullies, understanding that Serina is in distress. He listens as she shares their past, disclosing that she ended things with him to reclaim her freedom. During a summer celebration, Ishimori expresses her feelings towards Kai, and although he doesn’t explicitly say so, it’s clear that he feels the same way. Serina then advises Ishimori to follow her heart when it comes to Kai.
