In the most recent episode titled ‘Transforming into a Treasure,’ we find Uka Ishimori, Kai Miura, and their companions back at school. A basketball match during gym class unexpectedly exposed Uka’s battle with social anxiety. Moved by her predicament, Kai and Ayumu offered support, culminating in Ayumu passing the ball to Uka.
It’s worth noting that Uka made a stunning three-point shot, boosting friendship among her peers. Later, there was a minor disagreement between Uka and Kai over why she chose to attend this school. Following more instances of bullying, however, Kai stepped in to support Uka.
In the third episode of Honey Lemon Soda, Uka starts to recognize her own feelings towards Kai. Simultaneously, we’ll delve into Ayumu’s feelings for Satoru that Ayumu becomes aware of. This realization in Uka will lead her to switch seats to back up Ayumu. However, this change will position Uka right between Kai and Tomoya.
Intrigued by Kai, Uka decides to watch him closely. Over time, she even follows him during lunch to discover him resting in a storage room, right beside a bottle of lemon soda. Kai is fine with Uka being there and asks her to rouse him later. This leaves Uka feeling quite flustered.
Entitled ‘Our Little Secret’, the third episode of Honey Lemon Soda is set to premiere on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 12:55 am (Japan Standard Time). This anime series will span a total of twelve episodes during Winter 2025 and can be viewed on Fuji TV and other Japanese television networks.
