As a seasoned movie critic, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the evolution of a film that was originally known as “Holland, Michigan.” For years, this project has been in the works, initially slated to star the talented duo of Naomi Watts and Bryan Cranston. However, it wasn’t until Amazon Studios secured the rights in 2016 that the project truly gained momentum, resulting in a fresh cast and creative team. Production officially commenced in 2023, and I was intrigued to learn that both Holland, Michigan, and Nashville, Tennessee, served as our filming locations.

As the trailer has been released, anticipation is growing for the movie’s premiere. Holland delivers a thrilling blend of mystery and drama that strengthens Nicole Kidman’s collection of gripping roles. The film will be available to watch on Amazon Prime Video from March 27.
