Hilary Duff Turns Her Vegas Residency Into a Fairy Tale by Helping Fan Pop the Question (Video)

Hilary Duff made a Las Vegas concert unforgettable for a couple of fans on Friday, February 13th. During the first night of her residency at Voltaire at The Venetian Resort, the 38-year-old singer, famous for songs like “With Love,” helped a couple get engaged right there on stage in front of everyone.

Hilary invited some fans onstage to dance with her during her song “Dignity,” but the night took an unexpected turn. She stopped mid-performance, saying, “Just a moment,” and passed the microphone to one of the fans. To everyone’s surprise, the fan immediately proposed to his boyfriend! Red confetti filled the air as Hilary joined in a group hug with the newly engaged couple. The proposal ended with a kiss, creating a truly unforgettable moment for everyone there.

Hilary’s Las Vegas shows kick off a big year for her. She has five more performances lined up at Voltaire, including a Valentine’s Day concert that’s already sold out. These shows also wrap up her Small Rooms, Big Nerves tour – her first time headlining a tour in over ten years.

Hilary Duff is getting ready to release her sixth studio album, luck… or something, on February 20, 2026. It’s her first full album in over a decade, following 2015’s Breathe In. Breathe Out. The album features singles like “Mature” and “Roommates,” and Hilary has described the music as a reflection of her life experiences – navigating adulthood, motherhood, and her relationship with fans who have been with her since her Lizzie McGuire days.

This year, Hilary Duff will kick off her Lucky Me World Tour on June 22nd in West Palm Beach, Florida. The tour will take her to seven different countries, including the UK, Australia, and Mexico, and will feature special performances by artists like La Roux. Fans can also get an inside look at Hilary’s return to performing with a new docuseries directed by Sam Wrench, which will follow her journey as she balances her music career with family life.
