As a lifestyle expert with years of experience observing and analyzing the lives of celebrities, I have seen my fair share of public feuds between musicians. The ongoing saga between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has been particularly intriguing to me, given the history these two artists share.
For several months, there has been a heated dispute between Drake and Kendrick Lamar. More recently, Kendrick released a music video with apparent jabs directed at Drake. However, insights into Drake’s feelings have emerged more recently from his producer, Gordo.
Drake and Gordo have been friends for years and are known to collaborate on multiple tracks.
Drake’s producer Gordo reveals the rapper’s emotions
I’ve noticed a surge in diss tracks lately, with Drake and Kendrick Lamar being frequent targets. But let me share my perspective as a devoted fan of one of these artists, who we can refer to as the “Rich Baby Daddy” here. His producer, Gordo, has recently opened up about how he’s dealing with this situation.
In conversation with PEOPLE, Gordo expressed, “He’s moved on from that phase.” The producer further explained that the artist, known for his Laugh Now Cry Later album, is just taking it easy after wrapping up a year-long tour called The It’s All A Blur Tour – A Big Deal.
For the unversed, Gordo’s comments come following the speculation made by Drake’s fans.
In addition, according to the publication’s interview with the producer, Drake appears to be more content and cheerful.
Gordo not only repeated what was said before, but he also pointed out that some individuals on the internet give the impression that On The Radar Freestyle artist appears sad based on any image they come across online.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d suggest paraphrasing it like this: I’ve come across photos on social media that were taken with older cameras, resulting in less than ideal image quality.
I’ve noticed people constantly scrutinizing him and making assumptions based on his appearance. They speculate that his eyes seem droopy and suspect he hasn’t slept for days. However, according to Gordo, Drake is genuinely content and living his best life.
I’ve always been a die-hard fan of “You Broke My Heart” artist, and when I was just a kid, I managed to sneak into one of his concerts where I finally met the now-producer Gordo. Our friendship blossomed over the years, and eventually, we got the chance to collaborate on his 2022 album Honestly, Nevermind – an experience that still feels surreal to me.

Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef
In March, Kendrick Lamar initiated a series of rap feuds by unexpectedly joining Metro Boomin and Future’s collaboration named “Like What.” In response, the Canadian artist began releasing diss tracks, with the initial instalment being “Push Ups.”
With a lot of tracks, the last had come from K Dot, via a video of Not Like Us.
