‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ (2025)

Okay, so I’m really excited about ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’! It’s a new action-packed movie directed by Gareth Edwards and written by David Koepp, and it takes place after ‘Jurassic World Dominion’. It’s not a direct continuation, but a fresh story within the ‘Jurassic World’ universe. The cast is amazing – Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, and a bunch of other great actors are heading into some seriously dangerous equatorial zones where dinosaurs and people are clashing. Universal and Amblin are behind it, and they’re really going all out with the practical effects and CGI creatures – the budget is huge! From what I’ve seen, they’re leaning into the scary, survival-horror side of things, introducing new dinos, but also paying homage to the original ‘Jurassic Park’ with familiar faces and music. It’s already made over $800 million worldwide, so clearly, a lot of other fans are as hyped as I am!

The cast is amazing – Oscar Isaac is playing Victor, with Jacob Elordi as the Creature and Mia Goth as Elizabeth, plus Christoph Waltz and a lot of other fantastic actors. It’s a huge collaboration with Netflix, and they really went all out with the budget to create this stunning gothic period piece. Del Toro really poured his heart into designing the Creature and crafting a complex, layered story. It premiered at the Venice Film Festival and got a massive standing ovation, and now it’s finally available – first in theaters, and now we can all watch it on Netflix!
