Need something new to watch? We’ve created a quick guide to Hulu’s newest releases this week – including brand new shows debuting in 2025, popular reality TV, returning favorites, and in-depth documentaries – so you can start watching right away without having to search. Check out the highlights below to see what’s arrived recently across all kinds of genres.
‘All’s Fair’ (2025)

As a total movie and TV buff, I’m really intrigued by Ryan Murphy’s new series! It’s a super stylish legal drama about a firm made up entirely of incredibly talented women divorce lawyers. They take on really big, high-profile cases, and the cast is amazing – Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, and Glenn Close all star! Ryan Murphy co-created it with a few others, and Anthony Hemingway directed a bunch of episodes. It sounds like each week will bring a new, dramatic case, but also a lot of behind-the-scenes drama with the lawyers’ personal lives and how they all work together – or don’t! Plus, Kris Jenner is an executive producer, so you know there’s going to be some good stuff.
‘The Manipulated’ (2025– )

This Korean thriller follows Tae-Joong, who is wrongly accused of a terrible crime and discovers a much bigger plot led by the mysterious Yo-Han. Starring Ji Chang-wook, Do Kyung-soo (D.O.), Lee Kwang-soo, and Jo Yoon-soo, and directed by Kim Chang-Ju with writing by Oh Sang-Ho, the series is inspired by the 2017 film ‘Fabricated City’ but expands on that story for television. Throughout the series, expect twists involving prison life, online trickery, and a carefully planned revenge plot.
‘The Baldwins’ (2025– )

As a fan, I’m really intrigued by this new reality show! It basically gives us a peek inside Alec and Hilaria Baldwin’s life with their seven kids – all the chaos, the love, and just trying to balance everything. It’s cool because it focuses on the real, everyday stuff – family routines and what everyone is up to – and not some kind of competition. Plus, it’s interesting seeing this side of their life, especially with everything that’s been in the news about Alec. It feels really personal and gives you a sense of what it’s actually like to raise a big family under the spotlight.
‘Born Evil: The Serial Killer and the Savior’ (2024– )

This true-crime documentary series delves into the life of convicted killer Hadden Clark, exploring a troubled family background. Featuring in-depth interviews and fresh investigations, the series, executive produced by Michael Bay, combines insights from law enforcement with the story of a former cellmate. Each episode examines possible connections to unsolved cases, focusing on both the investigative process and the psychological factors involved. It’s part of the current wave of multi-part true-crime series.
‘The Toys That Built America’ (2021– )

This documentary series tells the story of how toy companies created popular trends, developed intense competition, and ultimately influenced how generations grew up. Each episode combines reenactments with insights from toy historians and collectors. The series explores the innovations, corporate struggles, and design changes that shaped the toy industry, revealing how simple ideas built massive businesses – from classic board games to iconic action figures.
‘The Food That Built America’ (2019– )

This compelling documentary series explores the history of America’s biggest food companies and the intense competition that drove their success – from popular snacks to fast food giants. Using a mix of dramatic reenactments and insights from food historians and business professionals, the show reveals how iconic recipes, clever marketing, and efficient operations helped these brands grow. Narrated by Campbell Scott and featuring regular expert commentary, each episode delves into key moments and the strategies that made these food staples last.
‘One Piece’ (1999– )

One Piece is a popular anime based on Eiichiro Oda’s manga, telling the story of Monkey D. Luffy and his pirate crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, as they search for the ultimate treasure, ‘One Piece.’ Their journey takes them across a dangerous ocean filled with islands, different groups, and strong friendships within the crew. The show is famous for its exciting action sequences, detailed world, and characters who grow and change over many seasons. Its long run is due to the ever-expanding story and new places to explore.
‘Sister Wives’ (2010– )

This TLC documentary series follows the Brown family as they navigate the challenges and changes of plural marriage over the years. The show began by documenting Kody Brown and his wives – Meri, Janelle, Christine, and later Robyn – and their expanding family. Over time, it has explored the legal issues they faced, shifts within the family, and important milestones in their lives, offering a continuous look at how relationships develop in a uniquely complex family setting.
‘Paranormal Lockdown’ (2016–2019)

Ghost hunters Nick Groff and Katrina Weidman lock themselves inside supposedly haunted locations for three full days – 72 hours – to gather detailed evidence. Unlike quick investigations, this show focuses on long periods of observation in places like old asylums and historic homes. James Lurie provides commentary, and the series includes special episodes alongside the regular ones. It quickly became a favorite among viewers who enjoy in-depth paranormal investigations.
‘Cold Case Files: Dead West’ (2025– )

This true-crime series investigates decades-old unsolved murders across the American West. Using old records, new forensic science, and interviews with those involved, each episode explores a different case from states like Colorado and Montana. The series follows the long and difficult journeys to find justice, detailing the evidence, timelines, and dedication needed to crack these cold cases. It focuses on how breakthroughs can still happen years after the original crimes.
