‘Murdaugh: Death in the Family’ (2025)

As a true crime fan, I was really hooked by this docuseries. It dives into a powerful legal family in South Carolina and all the trouble they got into – we’re talking investigations and trials galore! What I loved is how they pieced everything together using actual courtroom footage, interviews, and really well-organized timelines. They didn’t just throw a bunch of information at you; they showed how financial issues and violent crimes were connected. The filmmakers interviewed tons of people – cops, journalists, folks from the community – and managed to create a really clear story. Each episode carefully walks you through the evidence and the steps taken in the investigation, so you can see exactly how the case unfolded.
‘Marvel Zombies’ (2025)

As a huge superhero and animation fan, I’m really into this series! It takes place in a different take on the superhero world, and a strange outbreak totally changes everything – who’s friends with who, and how they survive. Each episode follows the characters as they deal with a world where trust is rare, supplies are limited, and the danger just keeps growing. It’s inspired by the ‘Marvel Zombies’ comics, but it’s not a straight adaptation; they’ve created new scenarios and put together a fresh team of characters. What I love most is that the action isn’t just about punching; it’s about how these heroes work together – or don’t – when everything is on the line and they’re constantly making tough choices with limited resources.
‘Chad Powers’ (2025)

This comedy series follows a backup quarterback determined to prove himself and get on the field. Each episode shows the hard work – from practices and learning the plays, to gaining the trust of his teammates. The show blends exciting football action with a look at what life is like for college athletes, exploring both the game itself and the team’s dynamic.
‘To Cook a Bear’ (2025)

This mystery, set in a remote northern community, centers on a pastor and his assistant as they investigate a series of disappearances. The stark surroundings, unique local traditions, and changing relationships between people all play a role in the investigation. As they search for answers, the pastor and assistant grapple with questions of faith, science, and what is right and wrong, while suspicion falls on multiple people. The story focuses on building a strong sense of place and slowly revealing clues that change who they suspect and why.
‘Would You Marry Me?’ (2025)

This reality series shows couples as they decide if they’re ready to take their relationships to the next level. Each episode captures important moments – from planning proposals and meeting the family, to discussing their future together. We also hear directly from each couple, learning about their past and the challenges they face. The show focuses on how well they communicate, how compatible they are, and how they’re planning for a life together.
‘Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation’ (2025)
Inspired by a popular fantasy game from Aniplex and Disney Japan, the series centers around a student unexpectedly transported to Night Raven College. Each of the school’s dorms is themed after a famous Disney villain. The character designs are by Yana Toboso, known for ‘Black Butler’, and feature compelling characters like Malleus Draconia, Leona Kingscholar, and Azul Ashengrotto, all connected to their dorm’s unique history. The story combines the excitement of school life, magical training, and a central mystery surrounding how the student arrived. The TV show follows the game’s story format but delves deeper into the characters’ pasts and the competitive relationships between the dorms.
‘Vampirina: Teenage Vampire’ (2025– )

Based on the animated series ‘Vampirina,’ this new show centers on teenage Vee Hauntley as she attends a performing arts boarding school. Vee tries to keep her vampire identity a secret while pursuing her passion for music. Created by Randi Barnes and led by showrunners Dan Cross and David Hoge, the series stars Kenzi Richardson alongside Jiwon Lee, Shaun Dixon, Milo Maharlika, and Faith Hedley. The music, composed by Rebecca Kneubuhl and other talented composers known for their work on popular children’s TV shows, blends relatable teen stories with supernatural adventures and exciting musical performances.
‘High Potential’ (2024)

This show is a crime drama with a comedic twist, following a brilliant amateur detective who sees connections others miss and a traditional, rule-following police detective as they solve challenging cases. Each episode features a complex mystery alongside personal stories about family, work, and starting over. The cases are solved using unique insights, paying attention to small details, and thinking outside the box. Every hour-long episode carefully builds and tests theories until the truth is revealed.
‘Mickey’s Spooky Stories’ (2024)

This collection of short stories features Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto in gentle Halloween adventures perfect for preschoolers. Each segment has a simple story, friendly ghosts, and happy endings to keep things fun, not frightening. The episodes teach kids about working together, being patient, and solving problems using clues. Because they’re short, they’re ideal for a quick seasonal watch with little ones.
‘Star Wars: Visions’ (2021– )

This collection features animated shorts set in the world of ‘Star Wars,’ created by studios from around the globe. Each short tells its own unique story with different characters and art styles, so you can watch them in any order. The shorts showcase a variety of animation techniques and cultural perspectives, introducing new characters and unexplored parts of the galaxy.
