Here are the Best Series to Binge on Hulu in December 2025

As a huge Hulu fan, I’m so excited for their December lineup! They’re dropping a ton of great stuff – everything from epic fantasy and gripping true crime to all my favorite competition shows, and even bringing back a classic cartoon. Honestly, there’s something for everyone, and it’s perfect for cozying up and binging over the holidays. I’ve got the dates for ten must-see shows right here so you can plan your watch list!

‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ (2023)

Premiering on December 10th, this new series follows a young demigod on an epic adventure across the country. He’s trying to prevent a war between the Greek gods, and his journey involves finding Zeus’s stolen weapon. Along the way, he’s joined by friends as they battle monsters and overcome challenges from mythology. The show is based on the popular books by Rick Riordan and is made for both new fans and those already familiar with the stories. Each episode features a self-contained adventure, but they all contribute to a larger, season-long puzzle.

‘Surviving Jeffrey Epstein’ (2020)

This new documentary series, debuting December 11th, shares the stories of survivors of abuse by the notorious financier and reveals how a system of people helped him. The series explores how his power and wealth, combined with failures within institutions, prevented anyone from holding him accountable for so long. Through interviews and evidence, it pieces together what happened and how those in charge responded, focusing on the experiences of the survivors and their fight for justice.

‘The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball’ (2025)

Premiering December 22nd, this new show brings back the unique, mixed-animation style and clever humor fans loved in the original ‘Gumball.’ It follows Gumball the blue cat and his family on wild, unpredictable adventures in Elmore. The series is fast-paced and full of jokes, paying tribute to the original while mixing different animation techniques. Each episode starts with a normal, everyday situation that quickly turns into something bizarre and unexpected, often breaking the fourth wall.

‘Project Runway’ (2004)

Starting December 30th, this popular fashion competition challenges designers to create unique looks based on a specific theme, all while working against the clock. Each week, designers showcase their creations on the runway, where judges assess their originality, skill, and overall design. The competition continues with weekly eliminations until a winner receives a prize package to help launch their career. The show offers a realistic look at what it’s like to work in the fashion industry, from initial sketches to the finished product.

‘The Curse of Oak Island’ (2014)

Premiering December 18th, this series follows the Lagina brothers and their team as they use today’s technology to search for treasure in Nova Scotia’s famous money pit. Each episode shares the latest updates from the excavation, along with historical theories about what might be buried there. The team carefully records their drilling, mapping, and analysis, investigating anything unusual they find across the island. Throughout each season, viewers will see both the exciting discoveries and the challenges the crew faces as they decide where to dig next.

‘Beat Bobby Flay’ (2013)

Beginning December 27th, talented chefs will battle it out, hoping to earn the chance to cook against Bobby Flay. In the final round, Bobby will face the winning chef, and a panel of judges will taste both dishes without knowing who made them. Each episode is fast-paced, showing how chefs come up with their ideas and then quickly put them into action, focusing on both their cooking skills and their strategies. The show also features a wide variety of food and cooking styles.

‘Sister Wives’ (2010)

Premiering December 13th, this reality show offers a look into the lives of a polygamous family as they navigate their relationships and daily life. Each season follows big changes – like moves and dealing with public attention – and explores the challenges of parenting, managing money, and the emotional toll these situations take. The show keeps up with the family over time, providing ongoing updates on their evolving dynamics.

‘Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing’ (2023)

Launching December 20th, this new competition show throws experienced survivalists into the wild to compete against each other. Unlike the original series, it focuses more on strategy and individual performance as contestants face tough challenges, manage limited resources, and try to survive eliminations in harsh conditions. It’s about outlasting your opponents, not working with them.

‘The Great Christmas Light Fight’ (2013)

Starting December 5th, this exciting holiday competition features judges traveling the country to admire incredibly decorated homes. Families create amazing displays with lights that dance to music, oversized decorations, and custom-built creations that are true feats of engineering and design. Each week, the winning display receives a cash prize and a trophy. The show also takes viewers behind the scenes to see how these spectacular displays are planned, built, and powered.

‘WWE’s Greatest Moments’ (2025)

As a lifelong wrestling fan, I’m really excited about this special coming out on December 18th. It’s basically a look back at some of the most iconic matches and moments that have defined the business over the years. They’re revisiting huge events and legendary rivalries that really marked different eras. And it’s not just for us old-timers – they’re also explaining everything for newer fans, putting the matches and storylines into context and showing why they mattered. It’s the perfect mix of nostalgia and a great introduction to everything that’s come before.
