This popular Food Network competition, produced by Super Delicious, has been hosted by people like Jonathan Bennett, and judged by experts such as Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira. Challenges include quick “Small Scare” rounds and the main event, the “Spine Chiller.”

I’m really excited about ‘Help! I Wrecked My House,’ which premiered on Thursday, September 25th. It features Jasmine Roth, a builder and designer who’s basically a lifesaver for homeowners. She steps in when DIY projects go completely wrong – think kitchens that never got finished, bathrooms you can’t use, or electrical work that’s a mess. What I love is that she doesn’t just fix things, she figures out *why* they went wrong and then creates beautiful, functional spaces that families can actually live in safely. It’s a great show!
Designer and contractor Roth, known for her hands-on approach from years of building custom homes, is expanding her work and now films her projects from a new base in Utah. Her show, ‘Help! I Wrecked My House,’ will premiere on Thursday, September 25th.
‘On the Case with Paula Zahn’ (2009– )
Investigation Discovery’s ‘On the Case with Paula Zahn’ is a long-running true-crime series that premiered on Thursday, September 25th. Hosted and executive produced by Emmy winner Paula Zahn, each episode takes a close look at a different case. It features interviews with those involved – including detectives, lawyers, family members, and specialists – to piece together what happened and explain how the case was solved or how someone was proven innocent.

‘The Graft’ (2021– )

Produced by Will Packer and his team at Will Packer Media, along with Lighthearted Entertainment, the series is clearly committed to keeping things interesting. ’90 Day Diaries’ (2021– )
On Saturday, September 27th, the show ‘90 Day Diaries’ premieres.
