As a huge fan of home renovation shows, I’m thrilled Mike Holmes is back! This time around, it’s extra special because he’s not just fixing disastrous renovations – he’s bringing his kids, Mike Jr. and Sherry, into the family business. It’s amazing to watch them all work together to tackle some seriously scary structural problems, and they’re really committed to doing everything the right and safe way. I’ll definitely be tuning in when it starts streaming on HBO Max on February 25th. It’s not just about the fixes, though – it’s also a fascinating look at how a family works together, and I always appreciate learning about proper building techniques.

‘Paddington 2’ (2017)

Paddington, the lovable bear known for his good manners and fondness for marmalade, is back! This time, he’s on a mission to find the perfect 100th birthday present for Aunt Lucy. He takes on various jobs to afford a special pop-up book, but gets mistakenly thrown in jail when it’s stolen by a down-on-his-luck actor. ‘Medieval’ (2022)

This historical movie, set in the 1400s, tells the story of Jan Žižka, a famous Bohemian military leader who was never defeated in battle. Ben Foster plays Žižka as he navigates the complex politics of the Holy Roman Empire while trying to rescue a kidnapped noblewoman.
