‘A Thousand and One’ (2023)

Coming to streaming on Wednesday, November 19th, this moving drama tells the story of Inez, a strong-willed mother in 1990s New York City. She rescues her son from foster care and works tirelessly to create a better life for them both, all while navigating a rapidly changing city. The film stars Teyana Taylor, alongside Aaron Kingsley Adetola, Aven Courtney, Josiah Cross, and Will Catlett. It’s the first feature film from writer-director A.V. ‘Expend4bles’ (2023)

The latest installment in the action series is coming out on Thursday, November 20th. It brings back the original team of mercenaries – Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, and Randy Couture – as they face a dangerous mission that will challenge their bonds and introduce new leaders. The cast also includes Megan Fox, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, and Andy García. Scott Waugh directed the film, based on a script by Kurt Wimmer, Tad Daggerhart, and Max Adams.

‘The Expendables 2’ (2012)

The movie premieres on Thursday, November 20th. It follows a team venturing into dangerous enemy territory on a mission to retrieve a prized possession, which then leads to a quest for revenge against a dangerous arms dealer. The film stars Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Liam Hemsworth, Chuck Norris, Bruce Willis, and Jean-Claude Van Damme, who plays the villain. Simon West directed the movie, and Richard Wenk and Sylvester Stallone wrote the screenplay.

‘The Expendables’ (2010)

The movie stars returning favorites like Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, and Dolph Lundgren, alongside new additions including Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Kelsey Grammer, Ronda Rousey, Glen Powell, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Patrick Hughes directed the film, based on a script by Creighton Rothenberger, Katrin Benedikt, and Sylvester Stallone.
